Learning
A university education is centered on learning about the world and ourselves. To us, learning requires accessibility, inclusivity, safety, and affordability.
Teaching
​Professors are stewards of intellectual exploration, dedicating their experience to training the next generation. We will fight for the independence of our universities, for the job security of our professors, and will stand against political overreach in our classrooms.
Expression
The cornerstone of a good education is the ability for students to freely express their ideas, their opinions, and themselves. Our campuses must be sanctuaries for freedom of speech, assembly, and expression — places where students can self-discover.
Opportunity
Universities are hubs of opportunity.Researching the cure for the next pandemic, upskilling workers whose jobs have been replaced by automation, and providing students with the necessary skills to join the workforce are the sorts of opportunities universities must provide.
